This Panasonic shaver has performed just fine for me over the last 5 weeks. I have bone-dry skin and develop a light peach-fuzz beard in 3 to 4 days. I use a little splash of “Williams Lectric Shave” on my mug and a few minutes later make a few passes over my entire face. The Panasonic gives me a smoothly shaved surface over my cheeks, jawbone and neck. It is considerably louder than some other rotary shavers but, I genuinely like the shave.
